RETURN POLICY

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you decide not to keep your order, you can send it back to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. For store credit or exchange, we cover return shipping. For a refund, an €8.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon approved inspection of your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition that you received it, and sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. If it is possible for the original packaging to remain intact, that is wonderful. But it's not a deal-breaker!

Note: original duties and taxes are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns on custom-made orders.
